Yes, this event is an opportunity to interact with recruiters in a group chat and to have your résumé considered for open and future positions.
  • Chat topics may include current open positions and company culture.
  • Recruiters will initiate one-on-one chats with the candidates of interest.
REMINDER: During the fair, only recruiters can initiate one-on-one chats. All professional introductions should be posted into the public company chat rooms. Employers will reach out to candidates who are a good fit for their current opening positions.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate. You only need to have internet access.
  • It is recommended to use a PC or laptop to participate in this event.
  • Google Chrome and Firefox browsers will give you the best user experience.

Identify employers with opportunities relevant to your career area of interest in 4 easy steps.
  1. Select the tab of your choosing (Career Area, Position Type, Security Clearance, U.S. Citizenship).
  2. Scroll through the first column to identify employers that align with your interests
  3. Hover over your mouse over the career area to reveal the blue expand icon with two arrows
  4. Click on the expand icon to reveal a pop-up box with a list of companies long with links to their career sites to explore and apply for opportunities of interest
No, a webcam is not required to participate. Some employers may have the ability to request a video chat, but you do not have to be on camera.
If you choose to use your webcam, make sure to do the following:
  • Dress professionally
  • Find a quiet place free from distractions
  • Use a blank or neutral wall as a background
  • Remove distracting photos
  • Remember to smile and to sit up straight
